Christopher John Rowe.

Much loved and missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him. Taken suddenly and unexpectedly and far too soon as a passenger in a fatal car accident on May 20th 2004 (his birthday) and passed away 2 days later leaving his Mum, Dad, Sister and 2 Nephews, family and friends totally heartbroken.

Chris was such a character always upto mischief! A well liked and loved young lad..who ultimately would do someone a good turn b4 a bad..

Words cannot describe how much we miss him and would do anything in the world just to have him back here with us...

Not a day goes past that Chris is not thought about, especially by his Mum and Dad, his Sister Amanda and his 3 Nephews Jack, Layton and his new Nephew Millar- Chris, that he unfortunately never had the pleasure of meeting.

A Very Special & Loving Son

Christopher was a very family orientated young man, Our love for him and his love for us as a family was unconditional, life for us when he was around was never dull or boring, infact we never quite knew what was going too happen next.

Christopher was a remarkable, kind-hearted young man with a heart of gold, but he could also at times be a bit of a rebel. I wonder who he took that from?

Christopher was a very Loving, Caring, Funny, Special and devoted Son, Brother, Uncle, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin & Friend, there is and always will be a very special place in all our hearts for him that will never ever be replaced or forgotten.

As a family our lives have changed and will never be the same again, we find it very difficult at times to come to terms with the loss and the tragic way he was taken from us at just 27. We all miss and loved him so much and are very proud and honoured that he was part of our family.

As Christopher's Mum & Dad even after 5yrs the house is still very empty and quiet without him, we loved and miss him so much and have lots of memories of things we done and laughted about together, that we will cherish and hold in our hearts forever.

Goodbye, My Brother

My brother Chris an awesome guy,
I don't know why you had to die.
You were so cute as a little boy,
You smiled at us and brought us joy.

Even though we had our little fights,
Over silly things like phone lines and lights,
I never wanted to be a pest,
I needed your skills, cause you're the best.

I'm glad those times, were only a few,
It was hard for me to argue with you,
But that's just me, as you are you,
And in the end you always came through.

This is Corby where you are from,
We all are here with Dad and Mum,
Our hearts are broken, as you know,
We really can't bear to let you go.

Sometimes you were so crazy and loony,

Hi Chris, was thinkin about you again yesterday. Remember when you sliced your hand open and you wouldn't go back to the hospital to get the stitches out??!! And who ended up doing it instead? Hmm... Yes, muggins here, with a pair of tweezers! I often think about some of the stuff we used to talk about too, some stuff that most people wouldn't and that you never think will be of importance any time soon, if only we knew then what we do now?! One of those conversations i think about often, i think you know which one and i'm sorry i didn't keep my word, it wasn't intentional i hope you know that. I feel so much better for getting that off my chest, i know i've said it before so many times but writing it down feels different, like i know you've got my message, you know? Your family miss you so much, but you would be so proud at how well they've all coped and Amanda is so happy with Graham, things have changed so much! I like to think you can see it all anyway and that your watching over them - you never did like to miss anything! It's just such a shame you can't share it with them. We all miss you and your crazy ways - you gave so much to us all, hopefully, we all gave you plenty back. Miss u stinky feet xx

`·. Dear Christopher

Well Christopher what can I say, I cannot explain how much I miss you, you were such an important part of our lives, Dad & I have lost our Son, Amanda has lost her Brother, Jack Layton & Millar have lost their Uncle. Everyone used to tell me that time is a healer and it would get easier, but I find the longer it has been since you passed away, means its more time I have been without you. I think about you everyday Amanda has created this website for you, I am so glad she did I add a tribute and light a candle for you everyday now sometimes even more it makes me feel closer to you. Amanda misses you more than anyone could imagine and like Dad & I she is very proud you were her Brother. Dad & I talk about you all the time we have some laughs about things you done when you were a little boy. Jack doesn’t talk much about you he still gets upset, although he likes going into your bedroom and looking at some of your things You were such a good Uncle to the boys and spent a lot of time with them. I tell Jack some of the things you and him used to do, he can remember when I used to make water bombs for you the two of you would throw them out the window at me when I was putting out the washing and I would end up wetter than my washing. And Layton laughs when I tell him you used to take him down to the shops to get the Sunday papers when he had just started walking and you would have to carry him all the way back up to the house because he kept sitting down every week you would come back saying that’s it I’m not taking him anymore but you always did. Layton talks about you he collects any white feathers he might see and tells us you are around we have had to tell him to stop picking up the feathers as we would be able to stuff a pillow with them. He asked me last year if you were having a party for your Birthday in heaven. I said knowing you would have a few beers. Layton fell playing football two weeks ago and broke his collar bone, Jack fell in the playground last Friday and he has broke a bone in his arm near his elbow, his arm is in plaster, for another three weeks I think they are trying to catch up with how many visits you had to hospitals. The house is still very quiet without you, even after all this time if Dad and I hear a car outside late at night we think its you coming home, for a few minutes we forget and then remember you will never ever come home again. Dad & I really like it when your friend Sam writes a tribute or a candle, it is so nice of her and we feel good that she remembers and knew you so well. So Sam thank- you for remembering our Son. Must go now Christopher things to do.

Can't help thinkin they must have needed entertainment up there u nutter!! Popped round ur Mum and Dads a couple of times last weekend but they weren't in, i will hopefully manage to catch up with them this weekend - i have so many daft little stories to tell them, just wondering if i can tell certain ones now your not here to be embarassed ha ha!! Anyways do u remeber that bloody awful blue Cavalier u had for a bit?! And u waited round Amandas as usual and wen i came thru the little alleyway u were like 'I'll drive us to work' i remember sayin 'Chris - it's not even 5 minutes up the road!!' but u insisted so i gave in, u were so pleased with yourself aswell eh?! I tell u, strange as it is it's often the daft little things people remember with the most fondness. Still can't believe how quick it all happened and how long it's been. I remember so many things like they were yesterday and sometimes i can see you so clearly yet sometimes i can't picture your face at all no matter how hard i try, it's mad. Your Mum Dad and Amanda have really done you proud Chris, i'd say you'd be amazed but you always knew how much they loved you.I hope your looking down showering them with the love they deserve babe. I remember the first day back then
When your life had just begun
And the midwife smiled at me
And said here you have a Son

Your little heart was beating
Your skin was soft and pink
And I was proud as punch that day
And I'm sure that god gave me a wink

Years passed by you grew fast
And you was the best Son of all
And I was blessed to have you
A Son that stood so tall

And now I sit here weeping
As I've lost the Son I had
And no amount of comfort
Can replace the love, and I'm sad

I want you back besides me
To tell you that it's all ok
I cant understand why your gone
Or why god took you away

I want to relive the moments
Of the day that you were born
Just to change the way life was
Instead of you being torn

I will find you one day Son
And I shall get my answers why?

I walked away that morning,
Without a backward glance,
I didn't know that moment
Was going to be our last.

And feel your strong embrace.

A happy face with twinkling eyes,

The apple of my eye,

I don't know how I face each day
Without my Darling Boy.

My parents are my gift from god
They are diamonds which sparkle always
They are my wealth which will make me rich
They are so special to me and they are my real god

Who loves me, cares me and provide me
Food, education and many other things
When I was standing unknowingly,
They showed me the path and light

When I was new to the surroundings
They taught me about the world, and
Showed me the places I didn’t expect in my life
They helped me to learn many unknown things.

Whenever I went wrong they corrected me
Whenever I done a mistake they made me comprehend
Whenever I cried they consoled me
Whenever I quarreled with someone they calmed me,

and asks me to apologize than to regret later.
Soon I learnt many things regarding relation from them
This made me realize that I am an important person
They told me that the world is waiting for me

They inspired me with many books to read
They grew courage in me to withstand many things
They encouraged me to achieve many things in my life
They made me feel I am special and precious to them

They helped me to created many new things
Their support was the syrup which gave me strength
Their caring is the secret behind every success in me.
These things made me love them more and more
